About Our Products

Brickplus sells 100% authentic LEGO sets in two conditions:

  • New: Unbuilt, complete sets in original retail packaging
  • Used: Pre-owned sets; condition is clearly described in each product listing

All products are genuine, original LEGO products. We do not sell fakes, replicas, or knock-offs. Brickplus is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the LEGO Group.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in USD ($)
  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors or stock discrepancies, with a full refund issued

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is free (7–15 business days). Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.00 USD (3–5 business days).

Limitation of Liability

Brickplus's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including US federal and Texas state consumer protection regulations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
